About the position

The Manager of Hospitality at Valiant Living is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of housing, hospitality, and logistics within a recovery and treatment center. This role ensures a safe, clean, and compassionate environment that supports the well-being and recovery of clients. The manager will handle financial management, staff supervision, and coordination with clinical teams to enhance client care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of housing, hospitality, and logistics.
  • Manage budgets and optimize expenses for operational costs.
  • Complete and optimize documentation for housing and safety procedures.
  • Manage relationships with property management companies and contractors.
  • Oversee all Valiant Housing properties and coordinate property maintenance.
  • Plan and implement staff schedules and manage payroll.
  • Ensure client care and safety protocols are followed in PHP and IOP logistics.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to manage crisis situations and write incident reports.
  • Coordinate client transportation needs and 12-step meeting schedules.
  • Assist with event logistics and wellness programs.
  • Ensure quality client care and maintain property safety and cleanliness.
  • Maintain relationships with families, referral agencies, and community resources.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and manage staff training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and the recovery process.
  • Certified in CPR/First Aid/AED or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
