About the position

The Manager of HR Operations, Reporting, and Talent Management is responsible for partnering with client organizations and HR teams to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. This role involves overseeing recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations activities to optimize employee resources. The manager will lead a team, serve as a subject matter expert, and develop processes to enhance departmental efficiencies while managing the departmental budget.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR operations, providing strategic guidance and oversight.
  • Lead and conduct regular HR audits and compensation audits to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
  • Oversee project management of HR and Talent Management milestones, ensuring timely execution and communication.
  • Act as HR data security lead for the client group, processing access requests and conducting audits.
  • Function as the primary HR generalist for the HQ HR client group, offering high-touch support.
  • Develop and implement onboarding processes for new hires within the department.
  • Organize and lead weekly team meetings to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Implement documentation storage processes using HR Sharepoint and maintain regular audits.
  • Report and maintain HR metrics and scorecards, including turnover and employee engagement.
  • Execute operational reporting, leveraging analytics to provide insights to HR leadership.
  • Attend HR cadences to provide recommendations based on reporting trends and insights.
  • Audit senior leader-level presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Act as primary contact for key stakeholder groups to ensure reporting tools meet their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR reporting processes and tools.
  • Conduct audits and data quality checks to ensure compliance and integrity of HR data.
  • Lead the execution of talent management milestones and processes.
  • Build out Talent Management processes to support HRBPs throughout the year.
  • Oversee collection and analysis of talent data for workforce planning and development strategies.
  • Collaborate with DE&I and Talent Management teams to manage program nomination processes.
  • Partner with SD Talent Management to implement internal slating processes for key talent initiatives.
  • Support key development events and activities for HR team and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in HR reporting & analytics, talent management, operations, and generalist roles.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions; proficiency in Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong Executive Presence in communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday or related HR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
