About the position

The Manager of Inside Sales at MyComputerCareer Inc. is responsible for guiding prospective students through their educational journey in Information Technology. This role focuses on creating a sense of urgency for career consultations, helping students understand the company's mission, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrollment process. The position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical conduct while managing a lead pipeline and meeting monthly quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective students via telephone or email to provide accurate information about the school's accreditation and education programs.
  • Identify prospective students' professional and educational goals and pair them with the correct campus and scheduling options.
  • Ensure a positive student experience by establishing rapport and resolving any challenges prior to their career consultation.
  • Manage a lead pipeline and report personal performance to the supervisor while meeting monthly quotas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of higher education, post-secondary and/or student services experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve effectively.
