As the Manager of Internal Communications - Corporate Communications, you will take a leadership role in developing and implementing communication strategies that inform, educate, engage, and foster pride among global employees. This position is crucial in creating and distributing timely, relevant, and interesting announcements globally to keep employees educated, informed, and engaged on all elements of Equifax's strategy and internal initiatives. Supplementing written materials with internal events that enhance the employee experience and ensuring messaging continuity across various communication tactics are paramount responsibilities of this role. The Manager of Internal Communications will also provide strategic internal communications counsel to Equifax Business Units (BUs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs). This includes developing and implementing communications plans, crafting key messages, and facilitating internal events to help achieve desired outcomes. The role reports to the VP of Internal and Executive Communications and operates within a hybrid workplace model, offering flexibility to work remotely as well as in the state-of-the-art global Headquarters located in Midtown Atlanta. Key responsibilities include establishing an integrated internal communications strategy in conjunction with the Executive/Internal Communications leader, the Equifax Corporate Communications team, and Equifax BUs and COEs. You will develop and support interactive components and opportunities to foster two-way dialogue among employees and leaders. Driving communications effectiveness through strategic projects that enhance cohesion and consistency in messaging and processes is essential. You will ensure consistent style and rigorous review protocols for employee communications, including brand, legal, government relations, and executive review as needed. Additionally, you will own, write, and provide design/visuals for assigned content across all internal channels (e-mail, intranet, video, digital signage, etc.) and contribute to external content as needed (social media, Newsroom, etc.). Collaborating with creative/brand teams, business unit, and regional communicators to promote and deploy innovative communications assets in support of business objectives is a key aspect of this role. You will also develop and implement team planning, documentation, processes, and integrated calendaring through the Communications Global Tracker and other planning/calendar tools available, supporting a comprehensive promotional strategy for content. Furthermore, you will develop and deploy dashboards and reports for clients in a comprehensive metrics package, outlining actionable insights and key takeaways from each project, and partner across Corporate Communications to develop and measure KPIs (reach, engagement, perception, and similar) while managing quarterly reporting to influence team strategy and tactics for continuous improvement.
