As the Manager of Inventory Planning, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory operations within the Well-Dyne engagement. This role involves managing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and implementing effective inventory control procedures. The Inventory and Planning Manager works closely with other departments, such as sourcing, external distribution partners (Well-Dyne), and others to maintain optimal inventory levels and support business operations. Your essential duties will include oversight of inventory levels by working closely with Well-Dyne, PRISM category manager, and the DVA clinical bundle team to advise on recommended stock levels, support monthly inventory counts, conduct monthly inventory reconciliation, and perform quarterly on-site visits to establish confidence in Well-Dyne's systems and processes. You will also be responsible for performing analysis to determine weekly stock orders, reviewing pricing with the PRISM category manager, and managing order corrections/exceptions. As a liaison between Well-Dyne and PRISM management, you will track and monitor lead times and order adjustments due to overages, shortages, damages, or substitutions. Additionally, you will monitor and update delivery notifications from pharmaceutical producers into Well-Dyne facilities. Reporting and KPIs will be a significant part of your role, where you will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, fill rates, and material availability to track inventory performance and provide regular reports to executive leadership.
