About the position

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure service delivery, and managing a team of IT professionals. This role is crucial for supporting the organization's growth and innovation by maintaining efficient IT systems and aligning IT strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain reliability.
• Manage cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure to ensure scalability and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
