About the position

The Manager of Leasing Operations at Wiese USA is responsible for leading a team to create competitive leasing proposals that support the sales team in differentiating from competitors. This role requires maintaining expert knowledge of financial merchandising products and managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful leasing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, communicate, and train as the subject matter expert on all OEM and 3rd party finance source equipment leasing programs.
• Lead the process to quote all lease payments for the sales team.
• Ensure data quality in the lease tracking database.
• Negotiate with finance vendors to maximize Wiese's market position.
• Manage relations with OEMs and 3rd party finance companies.
• Assist the sales team in structuring deals to win business and meet customer needs.
• Escalate and recommend opportunities to leverage internal financing.
• Work directly with customers to facilitate the credit process, documentation execution, and funding.
• Conduct training for the sales team as needed.
• Maintain Wiese's active in-term and month-to-month asset list for equipment lease terminations.
• Publish monthly terminations to regional teams and maintain a database and tickler system for each asset.
• Follow up with each regional team for the status of lease terminations and provide end-of-term release and purchase options for customers.
• Execute bulk equipment lease termination buys.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years of experience in equipment financing (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
