About the position

The Manager of Loyalty and Rewards Marketing is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business value. This role focuses on increasing customer retention and satisfaction through effective program design and implementation, ensuring a superior member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement loyalty and membership programs that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor strategies in the loyalty space.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for loyalty initiatives and regularly report on performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and finance teams to design and launch effective loyalty campaigns.
  • Analyze program performance data to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence loyalty program success.
  • Utilize customer insights and behavioral analysis to enhance member experiences and program offerings.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead segmentation efforts to tailor loyalty offerings to different customer demographics.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic planning to drive ongoing innovation in loyalty marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in loyalty marketing or related fields.
  • Proven track record in program design and execution of loyalty initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with multichannel marketing strategies and customer engagement best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with an emphasis on customer value and business development.
