About the position

The Manager of Marketing and Communications at VulcanForms Inc. is responsible for leading and implementing the marketing and communications strategy for the company's entire portfolio of services. This role involves partnering with executive leadership to drive campaigns that establish VulcanForms as a leader in additive manufacturing, ensuring a deep understanding of the company's mission, values, and customer base.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process and strategy for marketing campaigns, brand building, and communication.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy for demand generation, branding, content delivery, and segmentation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our mission, our values, our customers, and our story.
• Lead external and internal communications for company activities and initiatives.
• Utilize multi-channel communication strategies for our customers and employees.
• Proactively understand market research and insights to further develop marketing position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and communications experience.
• Proven experience driving multi-channel marketing strategies through email, SEO, social, and paid channels.
• Proven experience developing and implementing a brand strategy, including the development of media content, web assets, and video.
• Extensive marketing performance management experience.
• Proven experience with internal and external corporate communications strategy.
• Strong understanding of marketing in a high-growth manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with content creation for customers and prospective partners.
• Ability to leverage marketing analytics and insights.
