Responsibilities

• Support and drive the strategy and operations for the U.S. Marketing & Business Development team.
• Drive implementation of cross-departmental marketing and communications initiatives.
• Assist team members in executing the CMBDO's vision regarding marketing initiatives.
• Provide analyses, recommendations, and reports to leadership.
• Direct leadership and operational communications to key stakeholders.
• Assist leadership with administrative tasks, including budget planning and preparation documents.
• Develop agendas for meetings to promote collaboration.
• Coordinate and execute special projects for the CMBDO.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of legal or professional services experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong client focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to build relationships and interact with all levels of the firm.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Experience in operations-led transformation via processes and best practices.
• Ability to coordinate across many constituents.
• Expert in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
