About the position

The Manager of National Sales Department at Balanced Body Inc. is responsible for leading the North America Sales and Service team to drive organic growth and enhance customer experience. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive sales management experience, capable of coaching and motivating a high-performance team while implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a strategic sales and service plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures a strong global presence.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking department sales and individual goals.
  • Create sales forecasts and manage the sales team by providing actionable insights.
  • Assess individual sales performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate and reinforce a positive team environment and professionalism.
  • Assist sales in accomplishing sales goals and manage the QA analyst for quality phone reviews.
  • Develop and implement internal dashboards for QA, RMA, and cases.
  • Manage the Tech Support team to provide product training and assist customers with technical issues.
  • Establish KPIs around service level agreements, turnaround times, and productivity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • 5+ years in sales management experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Experience with analytics at a manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Motivated self-starter with solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide detailed feedback.
  • Strong work ethic and high personal accountability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
