About the position

The Manager of Product Knowledge & Brand Storytelling at Stuart Weitzman is responsible for creating impactful training materials for store associates and customer service teams, enhancing their ability to sell effectively. This role involves collaboration with various departments to develop consumer-facing content and ensure that all training aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic. The position requires a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and aims to reinforce the brand's story and values through innovative training solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and merchandising to create seasonal story and mood boards.
  • Partner with VP of Merchandising to design and develop product and styling training tools.
  • Create detailed core content including collection descriptions and product information.
  • Establish after-sales tips and shoe care guidelines.
  • Reinforce brand story and values through training materials.
  • Build relationships with field leadership to assess ongoing training needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure materials represent the brand voice.
  • Lead development and production of training videos and multimedia content.
  • Stay updated on relevant fashion and design trends to include in training documents.
  • Gather feedback, measure effectiveness, and propose enhancements to training.
  • Partner with global teams to meet regional training needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in luxury product knowledge and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of providing luxury training and styling tools.
  • Experience in graphic design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Highly proficient in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in footwear industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with all company levels from executives to assistants.
