About the position

Edera L3C is a fast-growing healthcare consultancy that addresses today's issues and helps create tomorrow's solutions by connecting the brightest minds in healthcare. Our team of management, technology, and creative services consultants work collaboratively with our clinical and revenue industry experts who bring deep experience and expertise to create transformational business solutions. We believe complex challenges and multi-faceted opportunities call for multi-disciplinary approaches and that is how we work. We bring industry best practices from the private sector to government and from government to the private sector to transform healthcare. Edera is an L3C (a variation of a limited liability company) that places "purpose before profit;" a social enterprise venture. This means we are focused on a socially beneficial mission to transform organizations rather than being driven to maximize income. Profits beyond our business sustainability goals are reinvested into communities or clients. The Manager of Revenue Cycle Systems will directly support client delivery with a primary focus on exceptional client service and business expansion opportunities. Ideal candidates will independently provide strategic guidance to department leadership on scope and feasibility of revenue cycle projects, while also completing deliverables on time and consistent with project scope. This role requires an individual who is self-directed, driven, and outcomes minded. The Manager position will provide solutions that drive the successful implementation of technology workflows and adoption that will lead to measurable achieved value. This position will be a significant contributor to the strong positive cultural environment of Edera. They will collaborate with other Edera Managers to promote the growth and success of the organization and to provide support for junior level personnel. This position is largely remote; however, as with any client need, transition to frequent travel may be required for some clients, and so applicants should be free from travel barriers. Candidates will be US citizens and be able to secure government clearance via background check.
