About the position

The Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations at Holiday Inn Club Vacations is responsible for overseeing a team that includes Contract Processors, Latitudes Consultants, and Sales Support Associates. This role acts as a liaison between various sales support teams and addresses guest and owner-related challenges, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues. The manager will also focus on quality assurance, training, and continuous improvement within the sales operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Contract Processors, Latitudes Consultants, and Sales Support Associates.
  • Act as a liaison between ancillary sales support teams and assist in resolving guest and owner-related challenges.
  • Evaluate Quality Assurance performances weekly to identify opportunities to reduce sale rescissions.
  • Work closely with sales management and sales support team members to resolve customer service issues.
  • Oversee implementation of training materials and techniques for new and existing personnel.
  • Assist the Sales Training department in evaluating and coaching Sales Consultants for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with overflow in Sales Support, Sales Contract, and Quality Assurance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
