About the position

The Manager of Sales Operations, Americas will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing the effectiveness of our sales teams across the region. This position will be responsible for analyzing sales data, implementing operational best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth and improve sales productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of sales operations for the Americas region, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
  • Collaborate with Americas sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies and operational processes that align with company goals.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales performance.
  • Assist in the optimization of sales tools and technologies, including CRM system.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and systems teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on operational processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the sales organization and across departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools; experience with Clari is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving measurable results in a sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting sales teams and driving operational excellence.
