Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary voice online for all assigned podcasts, adapting communication style to reflect each show's personality.
• Drive community management initiatives to foster audience engagement and encourage conversations among listeners.
• Build and implement innovative audience engagement strategies to grow follower base and increase engagement rates.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on social media performance metrics, providing insights into reach and engagement.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience-building strategies.
• Experience shooting and editing original social content, with examples to share.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable steps.
• A passion for sports and an understanding of the sports media landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
