You will also be responsible for creating a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect among team members, prioritizing diverse representation within your teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering an environment where innovation thrives, and you will be expected to guide and coach your teams towards achieving their goals aligned with strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong technical background, particularly in AWS, Databricks, and Spark, as well as the ability to mentor and develop talent within your teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of software engineers in day-to-day implementation activities.
• Provide guidance to the team on daily tasks and activities.

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 5 years of development experience in AWS, Databricks, Spark, Java frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and cloud technologies.
• Experience leading teams of technologists.
• Ability to guide and coach teams to achieve goals aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Strong proficiency in AWS, Spark, and Python.
• In-depth knowledge of the services industry and their IT systems.
• Practical cloud-native experience.

• Experience working at the code level.
