About the position
The Manager of Strategic Integration and Enterprise Risk at Capital Health Plan is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency while executing the CEO's vision. This role involves facilitating the operation and execution of the company's Strategic Operating Plan and Enterprise Risk Management program under the direction of the Chief of Staff.
Responsibilities
- Drive organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate the operation and execution of the company's Strategic Operating Plan.
- Oversee the Enterprise Risk Management program.
- Execute strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
- MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or project management leadership role, preferably in the managed care industry.
Benefits
- Full-time position with competitive salary range of $73.5K - $93K per year.
