About the position

The Talent Acquisition Technology and Analytics Leader at Lumen is responsible for defining and implementing innovative strategies and technologies to enhance recruitment processes. This role focuses on managing talent acquisition technologies, analytics, and team development to improve hiring outcomes and align with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of talent acquisition technologies, including ATS and CRM tools.
  • Develop strategies and project plans for tech rollouts and process improvements in the TA function.
  • Own the Assessment and Selection function of Talent Acquisition, including strategy and implementation.
  • Manage a team responsible for tracking talent acquisition metrics and providing actionable insights.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on technology and analytics.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing talent acquisition technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of DEI best practices in assessment and selection.
