Responsibilities

  • Assess current and future staffing needs by collaborating with department heads and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet organizational objectives.
  • Craft comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Promote the company's employer brand to create a positive image in the job market.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead and mentor one direct report in talent acquisition.
  • Standardize and optimize recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes for efficiency.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards and social media, to find potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Create and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • A BA/BS in an applicable field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role with a successful track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Proven ability to implement and optimize ATS systems.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment activities efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics for informed hiring decisions.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations for compliant recruitment practices.
