About the position

The Manager of Talent Acquisition at Gulfside Healthcare Services is responsible for overseeing the recruitment strategies and operations to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role involves staying updated on employment laws and industry trends, developing innovative recruitment programs, and managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes. The manager will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Gulfside Position Control.
  • Develop and execute creative talent acquisition strategies to fill open positions.
  • Achieve recruitment results through innovative job advertisements and sourcing strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs.
  • Create regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss recruitment progress.
  • Ensure recruiting technology provides a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Build relationships with organizational leaders regarding recruitment and retention processes.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Supervise assigned recruiting personnel.
  • Organize and attend career fairs and partner with educational institutions for talent acquisition events.
  • Use HRIS reporting metrics to create weekly KPI reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maximize use of HRIS and ATS for recruitment processes.
  • Review and enhance the candidate and new hire experience.
  • Manage contracts with external recruitment partners and explore new options.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Source candidates using various methods to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Actively recruit specific positions as directed by the Director of HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a talent acquisition manager.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably UKG.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification through SHRM or HRCI preferred.
  • Healthcare or clinical recruitment experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with competitive salary range of $75.8K - $96K per year.
