Transitional Youth Services Program Manager at Ryther is a pivotal role within a recognized leader in behavioral health services for children, youth, young adults, and their families facing complex challenges. Depending on licensure status and experience, the salary for this position ranges from $72,700 to $85,130, with potential increases for language skills and having an SUDP/T. The role is structured as a Monday to Friday position with hybrid work options, allowing therapists to meet clients in public spaces, homes, and partnership sites such as schools or drop-in centers.
