About the position

As the Senior Manager of UX, you will lead the redefinition of the user experience across the enrollment journey, focusing on creating a holistic user journey across digital touchpoints. This role involves championing systems design and storytelling, implementing data-driven strategies that balance conversion rate optimization with customer satisfaction, and collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates on digital properties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX, CRO, and SEO strategy for digital platforms with a user-centric approach.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with researchers, designers, developers, and marketers to create intuitive user interfaces.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the user base through foundational and evaluative UX research.
  • Guide UX content strategy, design, and information architecture to maintain a consistent experience across platforms.
  • Work with content teams to ensure consistency and relevancy across all platforms.
  • Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with user search behaviors.
  • Create engaging experiences that address consumer questions and encourage further engagement with products and services.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, advocating for UX, CRO, and SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep digital experiences cutting-edge.
  • Manage a team of UX designers, researchers, and CRO specialists, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Marketing, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in UX design and CRO, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and CRO tools (e.g., Visual Web Optimizer, Optimizely).
  • Proven track record of leading successful UX and CRO initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
