Responsibilities

• Actively recruit and engage volunteers for various roles within RPM.
• Manage volunteer schedules, ensuring all roles are covered efficiently.
• Provide onboarding and training to new volunteers.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for all volunteers.
• Attend and represent RPM at various events to promote the organization.
• Engage in hands-on pet care as needed.
• Create simple flyers and social media posts using Canva.

Requirements

• Experience in volunteer management or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer fluency, including proficiency with email, databases, and spreadsheets.
