The Manager of Web Administration & Digital Marketing will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and updating the day-to-day marketing technology, including the website, analytics, and marketing automation tools. This role involves ensuring the health of the website through various monitoring tools such as analytics, webmaster tools, and search console. The manager will also utilize the helpdesk to resolve website-related tickets and facilitate metrics reporting and analysis. By leveraging key learnings, the manager will inform future project decisions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate content publication and tagging, ultimately enhancing the end-user experience. Additionally, the manager will assist with project coordination to address challenges and support content posting and event approvals as needed. Essential duties include assisting teams with website content management strategies, conducting quality assurance testing across marketing platforms, ongoing website optimization and maintenance, and managing website support tickets through the internal helpdesk. The manager will maintain website data accuracy, manage website pixels and tags, stay updated on industry trends, and provide thought leadership for the adoption of emerging marketing technologies. This role will also serve as a technical resource within the Digital Marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update day-to-day marketing technology including website and analytics.
  • Monitor and maintain website health using analytics, webmaster tools, and search console.
  • Utilize helpdesk to resolve website-related tickets.
  • Facilitate metrics reporting and analysis to inform future project decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate content publication and tagging.
  • Assist with project coordination to address challenges.
  • Support content posting and event approvals as needed.
  • Assist teams with managing website content and content management strategies.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing across marketing platforms.
  • Optimize and maintain the website continuously.
  • Manage website support tickets through the internal helpdesk.
  • Ensure accuracy of website data and maintain website pixels and tags.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and evaluate emerging marketing technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership for the adoption of new technologies within the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of Marketing experience OR 8+ years equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience with website optimization and maintenance.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Tag Manager, Webmaster Tools, and Search Console.
  • Proven experience with website content management systems, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools/platforms.
  • Experience in data analysis, creating reports, and leveraging data for informed recommendations/decisions.
  • Proven SEO/SEM experience.
  • Experience with tagging and pixeling.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
  • Action-oriented with the ability to follow up on feedback for positive outcomes.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills in a hybrid work environment.
