About the position

The Manager, Omni Marketing - Home Cleaning is responsible for leading the development of sales strategies and translating business unit strategies into effective external narratives and executional plans. This role serves as a key business partner for field sales and internal departments, optimizing plans from media to shelf and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand teams and cross-functional teams to deliver divisional business objectives
  • Act as key business partner between Sales and Marketing
  • Support key field business teams with business planning and brand interaction
  • Develop and communicate sales strategies and point of sale materials
  • Participate in sales account business planning to drive key objectives
  • Participate in customer calls to provide support and gain insights
  • Be the external face of the brand and larger home cleaning team
  • Participate in new product development meetings and provide input on executional considerations
  • Support Director of Omni Marketing in strategic planning for business unit

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant business experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant business experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience as Major Account Business Manager, National Account Business Manager, or Category Manager
  • Brand Management experience
  • Exceptional computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with SCJ Data Tools (PlanIt TCM, Nielsen)
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Prior experience developing sales kits/tools for promotional and account-specific products
  • Prior experience in an analytical role
  • Point of Sale marketing experience
