About the position

The Manager, Omnichannel Activation at Mondelēz International is a pivotal role focused on driving the company's ambition in online snacking, particularly through its partnership with Walmart. This position is responsible for executing integrated marketing activations across various modalities, optimizing digital commerce strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of Mondelēz's brands at Walmart. The role requires collaboration with both internal teams and Walmart's Customer Business Team to enhance brand visibility and conversion rates in the digital space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans in partnership with Customer Business Teams and HQ category planning teams.
  • Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brands at Walmart in collaboration with the Walmart CBT and headquarters brand teams.
  • Partner with retailers to improve their digital commerce and activation capabilities and roadmap.
  • Assess key flywheel opportunities and develop projects to address them, sharing learnings across the MDLZ organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 4-6 years of CPG experience
  • Shopper, trade or brand marketing experience preferred
  • Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus
  • Experience with Walmart Luminate a plus
  • Strong, proactive communication skills
  • Capability/background in analytics and insights

  • Comfortable managing with ambiguity and adapting to changing business needs
  • Competent presenting to internal and external leaders
