About the position

The Operations Manager for CareLinx at Sharecare is responsible for overseeing operational activities to ensure alignment with team and company goals. This role involves managing a team of Care Advisors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing operational metrics to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Interview and select key talent for the operations team.
  • Provide clear direction and accountability to a team of Care Advisors.
  • Coach, mentor, and engage colleagues to optimize performance.
  • Ensure adherence to scheduling needs by collaborating with workforce management.
  • Measure the effectiveness of operational processes and provide timely reports.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational metrics to address service-level issues.
  • Collaborate with client success and sales teams on service delivery expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency and accountability.
  • Advise senior management on trends and issues in senior care operations.
  • Monitor and recommend operations dashboards with KPIs for decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations management experience required.
  • 2 years of proven success in an operations lead or supervisory role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while prioritizing tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials professionally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
