About the position

The Operations Manager for CareLinx at Sharecare is responsible for overseeing operational activities to ensure they align with team and company goals. This role involves managing a team of Care Advisors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing processes to enhance operational efficiency. The manager will also be tasked with measuring operational effectiveness and providing insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Interview and select key talent for the operations team.
  • Provide direction and accountability to a team of Care Advisors.
  • Coach, mentor, and engage team members to optimize performance.
  • Ensure adherence to scheduling needs by collaborating with workforce management.
  • Measure the effectiveness of operational processes and provide reports on their status.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational metrics to address service-level issues.
  • Collaborate with client success and sales teams on service delivery expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency and accountability.
  • Advise senior management on trends and issues in senior care operations.
  • Monitor and recommend operations dashboards with KPIs for decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations management experience required.
  • 2 years of proven success in an operations lead or supervisory role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials professionally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
