About the position

The Operations Manager for CareLinx at Sharecare is responsible for overseeing operational activities to ensure alignment with team and company goals. This role involves managing a team of Care Advisors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing operational metrics to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interview and select key talent for the operations team.
• Provide clear direction and accountability to a team of Care Advisors.
• Coach, mentor, and engage colleagues to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with workforce management to meet scheduling needs.
• Measure the effectiveness of operational processes and provide reports on status.
• Develop and monitor operational metrics to address service-level issues.
• Work with client success and sales teams on service delivery expectations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop short- and long-range plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Advise senior management on trends and issues in senior care operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations management experience required.
• 2 years of proven success in an operations lead or supervisory role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential materials professionally.
