About the position

In this role, you will manage one or more work streams for the operations organization, focusing on designing project plans, organizing project timelines, and facilitating meetings with stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives. You will recommend appropriate operational processes and develop and manage project requests and timelines by establishing project requirements. Effective communication of project status, details, timelines, and available resources will be crucial, as will planning and executing resource allocation. You will finalize, approve, and deliver projects while taking corrective action as necessary to drive project results. Additionally, you will communicate project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders, identify root causes, and develop potential solutions for initiatives, making recommendations based on data and observation. Your role will also involve providing decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information. You will provide influence and insight on current and future business trends, conduct analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends, and translate data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals. You will manage the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, developing new innovations and tools for site selection, and continuously improving selection methodology. Leveraging best practices from cross-functional partners will help streamline and improve processes. You will analyze and interpret information for one or more initiative work streams to improve business efficiency, develop creative solutions within business areas to reduce costs, and ensure data accuracy. As a subject matter expert, you will determine necessary activities and develop and implement scorecards and other tracking mechanisms. In addition, you will coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and identifying and communicating goals and objectives. You will also provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while supporting the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
