About The Position
The Manager Operations is responsible for overseeing the operations and personnel at locations with up to 130 equivalent truck units. This role involves managing technicians, customer service coordinators, and service employees to meet business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company processes. The Operations Manager is tasked with optimizing labor, managing customer relationships, and ensuring quality and financial targets are met. This position may also serve as a developmental role for future advancement to Operations Manager II.
