Responsibilities

  • Identify high-impact opportunities for EBITDA and cash flow improvements across retail organizations.
  • Implement performance improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Redefine roles and responsibilities within client organizations to support performance goals.
  • Establish supportive processes and execute workforce reductions as necessary.
  • Synthesize insights from diverse data sources to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Develop findings and make strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis in the consumer or retail sector.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in the consumer retail industry, preferably in merchandising, supply/demand planning, or sourcing.
  • Demonstrated success and in-depth knowledge in performance improvement within the consumer or retail sectors.
  • Experience working with private equity firms or relationships is a plus, but not required.
  • Hands-on experience in margin management, pricing strategies, product/SKU optimization, and supply chain management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in both professional services and industry is a plus, but not required.
