Responsibilities

• Implement performance improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Redefine roles and responsibilities within client organizations to support strategic objectives.
• Analyze diverse data sources to synthesize insights and inform decision-making.
• Develop strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis of consumer retail operations.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in the consumer retail industry, preferably in merchandising, supply/demand planning, or sourcing.
• Demonstrated success in consulting or industry roles focused on performance improvement in retail.
• Experience working with private equity firms or relationships is a plus, but not required.
• Hands-on experience in margin management, pricing strategies, and product optimization.
