About The Position
The Manager, Operations is responsible for overseeing the Benefits Plan Administration team at Prime Therapeutics, ensuring that benefit plans are programmed correctly and operational goals are met. This role involves managing team performance, creating project plans, and interfacing with customers to resolve complaints. The manager will also provide training to new analysts and assume additional responsibilities in the absence of the Director.
