About The Position
The Manager, Operations at Prime Therapeutics is responsible for overseeing the Benefits Plan Administration team across various lines of business. This role involves managing team performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and developing project plans to meet operational goals. The manager will also interface with customers to resolve complaints and provide training to new analysts, while assuming additional responsibilities in the absence of the Director.
