About the position

The position involves managing multiple work streams within the operations organization, focusing on project management, data analysis, and business solutions implementation. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, develop innovative tools, and ensure compliance with company policies. The individual will also be responsible for supervising associates and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion while delivering results aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one or more work streams for the operations organization by designing project plans and organizing project timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives.
  • Recommend appropriate operational processes and develop project requests and timelines.
  • Communicate project status, details, timelines, and available resources to stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute resource allocation and finalize, approve, and deliver projects.
  • Identify root causes and develop potential solutions for initiatives based on data and observation.
  • Provide decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information.
  • Conduct analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends and translate data analysis into recommendations.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to manage the implementation of business solutions.
  • Develop new innovations and tools for site selection and continuously improve selection methodology.
  • Ensure data accuracy and develop and implement scorecards and other tracking mechanisms.
  • Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 4 years' experience in the same fields.
