About the position

The position involves managing multiple work streams within the operations organization, focusing on project management, decision support, and the implementation of business solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop strategies, and ensure the successful execution of projects that drive business efficiency and meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more work streams for the operations organization by designing project plans and organizing project timelines.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives.
• Recommend appropriate operational processes and develop project requests and timelines.
• Communicate project status, details, timelines, and available resources to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute resource allocation and finalize, approve, and deliver projects.
• Take corrective action as necessary to drive project results and communicate project plans to key stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and develop potential solutions for initiatives based on data and observation.
• Provide decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information.
• Conduct analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends and translate data analysis into recommendations.
• Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to manage the implementation of business solutions.
• Develop new innovations and tools for site selection and continuously improve selection methodology.
• Analyze and interpret information to improve business efficiency and develop creative solutions to reduce costs.
• Ensure data accuracy and serve as a subject matter expert in business activities.
• Develop and implement scorecards and tracking mechanisms for project management.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs and demonstrate adaptability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 4 years' experience in the same fields.
