About the position

In this role, you will manage one or more work streams for the operations organization, focusing on designing project plans, organizing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met. You will facilitate meetings with stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, recommending appropriate operational processes along the way. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project requests and timelines by establishing project requirements, communicating project status, details, timelines, and available resources, and planning and executing resource allocation. You will finalize, approve, and deliver projects while taking corrective action as necessary to drive project results. Additionally, you will communicate project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders, identify root causes, and develop potential solutions for initiatives, making recommendations based on data and observation. You will provide decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information. This includes providing influence and insight on current and future business trends, conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends, and translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals. Managing the implementation of business solutions will require you to build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, develop new innovations and tools for site selection, and continuously improve selection methodology. You will leverage best practices from cross-functional partners to streamline and improve processes, analyze and interpret information for one or more initiative work streams to improve business efficiency, and develop creative solutions within business areas to reduce costs and meet business goals. Ensuring data accuracy and using your knowledge and experience of the business will be crucial in determining what activities must be done, serving as a subject matter expert. You will also manage activities and projects that generate revenue, offset operational expenses, mitigate loss, and influence budget spending. This involves researching and integrating information and data, applying business measures and analyses to identify improvement opportunities, and ensuring data accuracy. You will oversee the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements. In addition to project management, you will coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and demonstrating adaptability while promoting continuous learning. You will provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and supporting the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.   • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments; support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
