About the position

The Manager, Operations & Technology Transformation in Investment & Wealth Management at Deloitte is responsible for delivering innovative technology-enabled solutions to clients in the investment management sector. This role involves managing client engagements, leading teams in identifying business requirements, and implementing creative business solutions tailored to the specific needs of large companies. The position requires significant technical expertise and the ability to interact with executive clients, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that address critical industry challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions.
• Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, and process design.
• Prototype, test, and train clients on new solutions and define support procedures.
• Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients.
• Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years relevant consulting and/or investment management experience
• 8+ years of experience in translating requirements into optimized designs
• 4+ years experience in sector packages such as Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg, etc.
