About the position

The Manager of Operations at Rentokil North America is responsible for overseeing the overall guidance of their district, implementing changes, and ensuring that customer service and employee development are prioritized. This role requires strong leadership skills to motivate the management team and drive operational goals while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the District.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates while monitoring staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the district.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating the management team to develop action plans that meet objectives.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement, providing coaching to the management team.
• Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years in a District Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Successful background managing in the pest control industry is a plus.
• Available to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
