About the position

In this role, you will manage one or more work streams within the operations organization, focusing on designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating meetings with stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives. You will be responsible for recommending appropriate operational processes, developing and managing project requests, and communicating project status, details, timelines, and available resources. Your role will also involve planning and executing resource allocation, finalizing and delivering projects, and taking corrective actions as necessary to drive project results. You will communicate project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders, identify root causes, and develop potential solutions for initiatives, making recommendations based on data and observation. Additionally, you will provide decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information. This includes providing influence and insight on current and future business trends, conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends, and translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals. Your responsibilities will also include managing the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, developing new innovations and tools for site selection, and continuously improving selection methodology. You will leverage best practices from cross-functional partners to streamline and improve processes, analyze and interpret information for initiative work streams, and develop creative solutions to reduce costs and meet business goals. Ensuring data accuracy and serving as a subject matter expert will be crucial in this role. You will manage activities and projects that generate revenue, offset operational expenses, mitigate loss, and influence budget spending. This involves researching and integrating information and data, applying business measures and analyses to identify improvement opportunities, and ensuring data accuracy. You will also oversee the development and improvement of operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project requirements and partnering cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups. In addition to project management, you will coordinate job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and demonstrating adaptability while promoting continuous learning. You will provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and supporting the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation and project management.
