About the position

The Manager - Order Management at Egnyte is responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of SaaS solutions, leading a team of deployment specialists, and ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation of revenue. This role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction while adhering to established standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire deployment process from initial customer onboarding to post-deployment support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives and customer success.
  • Utilize internal developed Billing Application, Salesforce, and NetSuite for data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize deployment processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Help reconcile data between multiple systems for invoicing and management purposes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of deployment specialists, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS deployment operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other relevant software tools.
  • Basic knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP accounting principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Tableau and finance analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with revenue accounting guidelines.
