• Manages the end-to-end implementation of initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the change process.
• Provides expert guidance and support to business leaders in applying organization effectiveness and change leadership methodologies.
• Utilizes best practices to design and implement innovative solutions that engage stakeholders and accelerate organizational benefits.
• Develops and delivers workshops on methodology, approach, and tools in organization design and change leadership.
• Stays current on research and trends in organization effectiveness and change management to enhance solution delivery.
• Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with business leaders and HR partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in change management, organization effectiveness/design, project management, or human resources.
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Graduate Degree in Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, Change Management, Human Resources or related field preferred.
