About the position

The Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) at Komline will lead and manage key organizational changes, focusing initially on the ongoing ERP implementation and future acquisitions. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure effective adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for critical Komline initiatives that impact employees and operations.
  • Identify potential areas of resistance, risks, and challenges, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Design and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Conduct awareness campaigns, training sessions, and workshops to facilitate understanding and acceptance of the changes.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Assess training needs across different departments and employee levels.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials.
  • Assess the organization's readiness for change with transformational initiatives.
  • Analyze the impact of changes on business processes, roles, and organizational structures.
  • Develop strategies to address organizational restructuring and cultural integration.
  • Coach and support leaders and employees through the change process.
  • Establish metrics and mechanisms to monitor the progress of change adoption.
  • Reinforce the changes through ongoing communication, coaching, and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale change initiatives, including ERP implementations and post-acquisition integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess change impacts and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in self-directed project management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.
