As an Organizational Change Manager, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, which plays a pivotal role in driving transformational change across the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the company. You will lead a team of change professionals in the development and implementation of effective change initiatives, ensuring alignment with Ford Credit's strategic objectives. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify change impacts, develop change management plans, and ensure seamless integration of new processes, systems, and people. In this position, you will drive the adoption of change initiatives by designing and delivering comprehensive communication, training, and support programs. You will utilize metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of change management activities and make data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes. As a change advocate, you will promote the benefits of change and encourage a positive response to new initiatives among stakeholders. Facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions and interviews will be essential to ensure all voices are heard and that the change management process is inclusive and transparent. Candidates hired in SE Michigan are expected to work a hybrid schedule, while those outside of SE Michigan may work remotely unless they are interested in relocating. Domestic relocation is available as part of the benefit package.
