As an Organizational Change Manager, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. OCM plays a pivotal role in driving transformational change across the organization. You will lead a team of change professionals in the development and implementation that facilitates effective change initiatives, ensuring alignment with Ford Credit's strategic objective. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the company. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, providing guidance on best practices in change management strategies and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify change impacts, develop change management plans, and ensure seamless integration of new processes, systems, and people. Driving the adoption of change initiatives will be a key focus, which includes designing and delivering comprehensive communication, training, and support programs. You will utilize metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of change management activities and make data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes. As a change advocate, you will promote the benefits of change and encourage a positive response to new initiatives among stakeholders, facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions and interviews to ensure all voices are heard and that the change management process is inclusive and transparent.
