As an Organizational Change Manager at Ford Credit, you will play a crucial role in driving transformational change across the organization. You will lead a team of change management professionals, guiding them in the development and implementation of effective change initiatives that align with Ford Credit's strategic objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the impacts of change, develop comprehensive change management plans, and ensure the seamless integration of new processes, systems, and personnel. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of change initiatives by designing and delivering communication, training, and support programs that resonate with stakeholders. Utilizing metrics and feedback, you will assess the effectiveness of change management activities and make data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes. As a change advocate, you will promote the benefits of change and encourage a positive response to new initiatives among stakeholders. You will facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and interviews to ensure inclusivity and transparency throughout the change management process. This position requires a proactive approach to leadership and a commitment to fostering a culture that embraces change and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, providing guidance on best practices in change management strategies and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify change impacts, develop change management plans, and ensure seamless integration of new processes, systems, and people
  • Drive the adoption of change initiatives by designing and delivering comprehensive communication, training, and support programs
  • Utilize metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of change management activities and make data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes
  • Serve as a change advocate, promoting the benefits of change and encouraging a positive response to new initiatives among stakeholders
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and interviews to ensure all voices are heard and that the change management process is inclusive and transparent

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience applying them in complex organizational settings
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a change management environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects simultaneously, with a focus on results and meeting deadlines

Nice-to-haves

  • A master's degree in a related field
  • Industry-standard certification in Change Management like PROSCI
  • Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly in credit services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization
  • A deep understanding of AutoFinance business models and the automotive financing landscape
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and the integration of new technologies within an organization
  • Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools to effectively manage change initiatives
  • A passion for innovation and the ability to foster a culture that embraces change and continuous learning
