About the position

The Change Management Lead is responsible for leading change management projects that encompass changes to business processes, technologies, and organizational structures. This role involves identifying project risks, defining and communicating project impacts, designing and coordinating training, and measuring change receptiveness and adoption. The Change Management Lead will manage a team of professionals who support change management activities, ensuring that projects and change initiatives meet time, budget, and business success objectives. In this position, the Change Management Lead will conduct change impact assessments to identify project scope changes, end user impacts, and desired outcomes. They will develop detailed plans for communications, training, user preparations, application readiness, and ongoing project support. Additionally, the role requires building measurement systems to track the adoption, usage, and proficiency of change management initiatives. The Change Management Lead will coordinate training deployment for new and existing business stakeholders and support end users through change network meetings and post-implementation communications. The Change Management Lead will also train, coach, and consult leaders and project teams on change management principles, serving as a change management resource to executives, senior leaders, and managers on special projects and initiatives. This position requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of professional organizational change management experience leading strategy, planning, and execution at the program level.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Certification from a formal change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP).
  • Experience with project management phases, tools, and approaches (e.g., PMO, waterfall approach, AGILE methodology).
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management methods and tools, procedures, and standards.
  • Experience defining and executing adoption measurement strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills and strong organization and project management skills.
  • Experience working with senior leaders on major change initiatives with significant visibility.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree such as a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in a related field with a focus on change management.
