The Outpatient Therapy Manager at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital is responsible for overseeing the Therapy and Rehab department, providing operational management for various therapy services including Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy (ST). This role involves coordinating the comprehensive rehabilitation program and fostering positive relationships among clinical teams, medical staff, and other services within the outpatient program. The position emphasizes leadership and the opportunity for professional growth through education and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for therapy services including PT, OT, and ST.
• Manage and coordinate the comprehensive rehabilitation program.
• Promote positive working relationships with hospital departments.
• Facilitate productive relationships between clinical teams and medical staff.
• Lead the Therapy Department to make a difference for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years recent clinical experience in an allied health profession.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is required, with outpatient rehab experience strongly preferred.
• Three years of management experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in an allied health field is required; master's degree is preferred.
• Licensed in the Commonwealth of PA in a clinical profession (PT, OT, or SLP).
